First floor was converted into one large living room, from the original space for kitchen/dining/living.

Second floor had an addition put on the back of the house. The addition and original space (3 bedrooms), was converted into kitchen, mudroom, entryway, dining, full bath, laundry and guest room/office.

Third floor is an addition, which consists of the master bath/bed and guest bedroom.

Basement had new sliding doors put in and new windows. Renovated the waterfront deck/porch area for easier access to the lake.

Hill in the back of the house was regraded. New retaining wall put up and new stairs up to the driveway.

New driveway and garage added.
